The CHASING M2 Pro Max is an industrial-grade professional ROV designed for demanding inspections down to 200 metres in lakes, rivers and artificial reservoirs. With upgraded motors, lighting up to 8000 lumens and the option of continuous shore-based power, it's the ideal choice for hydropower plant operators, technical and rescue services, research institutions and professionals who regularly work in Switzerland's deep, cold waters. The CHASING M2 Pro Max takes underwater inspection to the next level: it reaches an operating depth of 200 metres and a range of up to 400 metres, with a top speed of 4 knots. Eight vectored thrusters, paired with the new C-Motor 2.0 (+30% power), deliver full 360° omnidirectional control even in currents, such as those found near dams and spillways. The 4K UHD camera, with a 1/2.3" Sony sensor, an F1.8 aperture and a 152° field of view, captures razor-sharp footage and 12-megapixel photos, complete with electronic image stabilisation (EIS) and storage on a 128GB SD card (expandable up to 512GB). Two adjustable LED floodlights, for a combined 8000 lumens, light up even the murkiest alpine river water or the depths of an artificial lake. The housing withstands temperatures from -10°C to +45°C — a valuable feature for Switzerland's cold waters, even in winter. Five docking ports allow accessories such as a grabber arm, sonar or water sampler to be fitted. The M2 Pro Max is the ideal tool for in-depth inspection of dams, penstocks, locks and submerged structures, environmental monitoring, search and recovery in deep lakes, and rescue operations on Swiss lakes and rivers.
